
Mr. Anurine Nnunembom (PRO2)
Anurin NWUNEMBOM is an actor, self-taught acting coach and filmmaker. As an actor he is known for his role of an abusive husband in Victor Viyuoh’s NINAH’S DOWRY, a goofy husband in Christa Eka’s BELEH, repentant friend in Françoise
Ellong’s BURIED, freelance tech-trigger-for-hire in Nkeng Stephens The High Way and many others.
Anurin is a member of CoreUnit Group, a synergy of filmmakers based in Buea.
Working alongside the other members of this synergy, he has organised and facilitated many workshops in the area of Acting, Directing and Screenplay.
He has directed a couple of films including NightFall, Broken (on Netflix),
Chariot of the Gods and THERAPY (on Netflix) co-directed with Musing Derick.
He has also directed music videos (under the pseudonym ARTNURIN) for some Camerooian music artists; Olgha NK, Mr. Leo, Blanche Bailly, Salatiel, Lesline and a few others.
He is co-founder of Ban’tikar Arts Organisation that uses art and culture to guide children and young people in their personal development and growth in their Africanness.
He recently initiated and is running an actors training course called ANATOMY OF ACTING that runs on a YouTube channel. Anatomy of Acting also organises acting workshops and monologue contests every now and then.
